The goal of the DeKalb Workforce Development’s One—Stop Center is to provide an efficient conduit for businesses and job seekers to link and serve each others workforce needs. Our one-stop center links job seekers to employers. We also provide informational services, workshops, referrals, access to career information, Internet accessible computers, fax and telephone services, and more to create a one stop shop.

DeKalb Workforce Development averages about 1500 to 2000 persons a month.

The one — stop center contains a wealth of materials for customer use.

Customers who find employment through the one-stop center may receive some assistance with child care, transportation, and other needs for the first two weeks of employment or until a first paycheck is received.
DeKalb Workforce Development’s One—Stop Center also has a matured workers program for job seekers age 55 and up.
The One-Stop center has universal access, meaning all job seekers, no matter which county you reside in are welcome to use our center.
Our center hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
